Role Overview: AI Operations Specialist LATAM

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing AI operations, monitoring performance, identifying improvements, and ensuring AI investments deliver maximum value. You will lead company-wide AI efforts from deployment to training while connecting AI initiatives with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track inefficiencies, automating workflows with AI solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of domain-specialized AI agents and tools.
• Accelerate content creation and quality control using AI (e.g., Claude).
• Partner with engineering for an AI-first approach in development.
• Lead AI upskilling workshops and training sessions across the company.
• Collaborate with data science and IT to build custom AI-driven tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields and 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, BI, or engineering roles. Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and APIs (e.g., ChatGPT/GPT-4, Anthropic Claude) along with technical know-how related to performance monitoring, metrics analysis, and dashboard creation is essential. Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript) is preferred.
