Key Responsibilities

This role manages Studs recruiting system (Greenhouse) and HRIS (ADP) techstack, executes employee transactions, and maintains compliance and audit readiness by:

  • Overseeing HR systems data integrity and configuration upkeep.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and audit trails.
  • Executing employee transactions from hire to exit.
  • Ensuring compliance documentation meets audit requirements.
  • Collaborating with People Operations and Talent leadership.

Requirements

Applicants need 5–7 years of HR operations experience with hands-on expertise in ADP and Greenhouse. Strong data management, good Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and comfort handling confidential employee interactions are necessary.
