Overview
Studs is a category-defining ear piercing and earring brand recognized as one of the 10 most innovative companies in retail for 2023 by Fast Company. The Manager, HR Operations & Compliance ensures precise process execution and data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
This role manages Studs recruiting system (Greenhouse) and HRIS (ADP) techstack, executes employee transactions, and maintains compliance and audit readiness by:
- Overseeing HR systems data integrity and configuration upkeep.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and audit trails.
- Executing employee transactions from hire to exit.
- Ensuring compliance documentation meets audit requirements.
- Collaborating with People Operations and Talent leadership.
Requirements
Applicants need 5–7 years of HR operations experience with hands-on expertise in ADP and Greenhouse. Strong data management, good Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and comfort handling confidential employee interactions are necessary.
