About StubHub and the Role

StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience globally. As a Senior Software Engineer - Seller POS, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain next-generation technologies that power both frontend and backend systems across StubHub’s platforms.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for developing impactful improvements across the codebase, collaborating with team members on best practices, managing priorities and deliverables, and mentoring junior engineers to boost technical capabilities.

  • Design and develop commercial and product strategies.
  • Collaborate to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Manage project initiatives and deadlines with technical expertise.
  • Mentor and advocate for team members.
  • Implement robust solutions spanning frontend and backend.

What You've Done

A minimum of 5-6 years in software development with strong expertise in React and at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C#). Experience with distributed systems, infrastructure, databases, and other complex systems is essential, along with a proven ability to mentor and deliver projects from conception to production.

Location and Work Arrangement
