About STS
Join STS, a leader in the social management of road hauliers for over 20 years and a subsidiary of the RAS Group! Our SaaS solution is a real asset for our clients, enabling them to optimize their time management (GTA), payroll, and social contributions. Our goal is to simplify our clients' lives with collaborative and efficient HRIS tools. We are currently seeking a Social Optimization Consultant (CDI) to help our clients identify and implement high-performing optimization levers. If you have an eye for detail, this role is for you!
Your Role
As a Social Optimization Consultant, you will lead high-value audits for our clients and propose tailor-made solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Auditing client accounts and identifying impactful social optimization areas (payroll, contributions, GTA, etc.).
- Deploying and securing identified optimizations in coordination with our internal teams.
- Supporting consultants in their audits and providing expertise on new projects.
- Liaising between client needs, project managers, and consultants.
- Serving as an internal and external referent for social optimization.
Your Profile
- You hold a higher education degree (Bac+3) and have at least 3 years of experience in social optimization.
- You are proficient with IT tools (software, Excel, collaborative portals).
- You are rigorous, autonomous, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy teamwork.
- You are eager to directly impact your clients' results and evolve in a stimulating, constantly changing environment.
Training and Integration
Upon joining, you will benefit from an adapted integration and training program with our experts (GTA, IT, payroll). Throughout your first months, you will be mentored by a senior consultant.
