Executive Administrative Assistant

As an Executive Administrative Assistant at Stryker, you will provide comprehensive support to the Vice President of Marketing in a global setting. This role requires independent judgment, initiative, and executive intuition in managing important administrative functions.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date executive schedule and calendar.
  • Coordinate business meetings, both internal and external.
  • Lead logistics for travel, expense coordination, and execution of global calls and events.
  • Review and prioritize activities while escalating critical matters.
  • Gather, verify, and analyze information for documents and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing/communications to support executive presentations.
  • Manage event projects including production materials and local resource coordination.
  • Ensure communications align with company mission, strategy, and brand standards.
  • Maintain detailed records and exercise discretion in communications.

Requirements

Required: High School Diploma/GED, 5+ years executive support, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred: Associate degree, familiarity with SAP Concur or BCD Travel, experience in multi-time zone support, and proofreading skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate of $31.92-58.35 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits including health, financial, and insurance options.
