Overview

The End of Term Financial Analyst at Stryker plays a critical role in managing the termination phase of customer lease agreements. This role involves reconciling contract details at termination, ensuring accuracy in financial and contractual obligations, and coordinating termination instructions with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and validate contracts at termination for billing and collections.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies to minimize financial risk.
  • Communicate termination instructions to customers, vendors, and teams.
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting.
  • Provide insights for process improvements in end-of-term operations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and reconcile financial information.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in identifying data discrepancies.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Preferred:

  • Experience in financial analysis and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, lease accounting principles, and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $60,100 - $120,600 plus bonus eligibility and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more.
