Business Process Expert - Distribution and Logistics

Job Overview

The Business Process Expert - Distribution and Logistics at Stryker will serve as a key point of contact for workstream project management, IT business partners, and site experts. This role is focused on ensuring that the business process requirements for distribution and logistics are captured and executed effectively throughout various phases of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Vocera SAP Integration Team, IT Business Partners, and Medical deployment teams.
• Represent current business processes in scope and requirements workshops.
• Document decisions, track progress and manage action items.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and key milestone achievement.
• Manage resource expectations and facilitate training development.
• Provide regular status reports and communicate process changes.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support change management.
• Engage in data cleansing, reporting, testing, and hypercare activities.
• Support E2E testing, serve as SME for warehouse related activities, and manage Vocera and Care.ai support processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment, hands on ERP systems (SAP ECC preferred) experience, expertise in requirements gathering and documentation, and the ability to deliver status updates while managing testing and change activities.
