We are looking for an Agency Sales Manager Digital & Out of Home Media (m/w/d) to join us as soon as possible at one of our locations in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich, or Cologne.

As an Agency Sales Manager Digital & Out of Home Media, you will be responsible for the cross-media marketing of our Ströer portfolio and for developing long-term partnerships. Job Description

  • You are responsible for the cross-media marketing of the entire Ströer portfolio, with a focus on Public Video.
  • You acquire and manage large national advertisers and their media agencies, developing long-term partnerships.
  • Together with the internal sales team, you conceptualize tailor-made cross-media solutions (OOH, Online, and Public Video) and present them convincingly to clients and agencies.
  • You develop strategic measures for customer retention and sustainably increase recurring revenue.
  • You identify sales potential, drive the expansion of your client base, and take full revenue responsibility.

Qualifications

  • You have a completed degree with a focus on marketing or sales, or comparable vocational training.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in media sales, marketing, or in media/creative agencies.
  • You are familiar with the German media market and already have good contacts with media decision-makers at major advertising clients.
  • You impress with your communicative and engaging manner – even with challenging clients and agency partners.
  • Willingness to travel is a matter of course for you.
