Position Overview

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at Strive Pharmacy, you will be at the core of preparing and compounding custom prescriptions while upholding the highest standards of quality control and compliance with our SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet KPIs for processing prescriptions.
  • Accurately process new and refill orders with thorough review.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers for complete prescription details.
  • Verify accuracy of patient, prescriber, and medication data.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and internal policies.

Performance Levels

  • Beginner: Process 50 to 100 prescriptions per day.
  • Intermediate: Process 100 to 175 prescriptions per day.
  • Advanced: Exceed 175 prescriptions per day.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified and licensed pharmacy technician and PTCB.
  • Compounding experience preferred (onsite training provided).
  • 1+ years of experience in pharmacy data entry.
  • Ability to work Saturdays if needed.
  • Proficient computer ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience and professionalism.

Location & Schedule

Position Type: Full-TimeLocation: 120 W. 1st Ave, Mesa, AZSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm with Saturday availability

Pay

$21 - $23/hr
