What You’ll Do

The Data Analyst at Strive Health will work across the organization to support new and ongoing analytical initiatives. This role will be a key member of a passionate team tasked with advancing enterprise-wide analytics and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop analytical approaches for complex healthcare data.
  • Design models to assess clinical programs and initiatives viability.
  • Collaborate with clinical and market teams to uncover data driven opportunities.
  • Build self-service dashboards to measure performance and guide focus.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to determine opportunities for enterprise KPIs.
  • Identify and resolve data gaps impacting operational reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 1+ years of data analytics experience. Must have reliable internet connectivity and ability to travel for onsite business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare analytics; proficiency with medical claims, lab data, EMR data and clinical data. Skilled in Microsoft SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools; AWS experience is a plus.

About You

Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership. Strong problem-solving skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range: $66,000 - $77,000
