About the Team
The Environments team, part of the Finance and Workplace organization, designs and delivers beautiful, welcoming, and highly functional spaces globally. The team focuses on interior design, space planning, and capital project delivery.
What You’ll Do as a Workplace Environments Project Manager
You will manage and deliver office fit out projects worldwide and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Stripe's design guidelines, operational standards, and real estate strategy.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors including architects, general contractors, and designers.
- Oversee pre-lease technical due diligence and project budgeting.
- Ensure safe, inclusive, and operationally sound environments that align with Stripe's philosophies.
- Share best practices and lessons learned to support global office strategies.
Who You Are
You have 3-5+ years of experience managing workplace design and build projects in a fast-paced tech company, with skills in design, construction management, and vendor negotiations. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are required.
Preferred qualifications include formal education or hands-on experience in interior design, quick turnaround office delivery, and familiarity with lease documentation, city planning, and sustainability focused design.
