What You’ll Do as a Vendor Operations Manager
- Site-Level Performance Ownership: Own sales quotas, conversion metrics, and user outcomes through data-driven actions.
- Vendor Leadership Coaching: Conduct structured reviews and provide feedback to elevate vendor performance.
- Performance Governance & Accountability: Enforce performance metrics across talent, sales, and business operations.
- Operational Excellence: Execute local ROB cadences, monitor dashboards, and ensure rapid issue resolution.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Share insights to refine sales motions and drive consistency.
Who You Are
- 10+ years in vendor operations, sales operations, or related fields.
- Experienced in governing vendor performance across multiple operational areas.
- Skilled influencer with the ability to coach vendor leadership.
- Proficient in data interpretation, structured cadences, and change management.
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid and can be performed in an office or remotely (35+ miles from a Stripe office). Employees are expected to spend at least 50% of the month in the office if assigned.
