About The Team
The Technical Account Manager at Stripe works cross-functionally to support the largest and most complex users. Through trusted relationships, you will offer customized strategic consultations, optimize technical operations, and help accelerate global growth.
What You’ll Do
As a Technical Account Manager, you will strategically support Stripe’s largest and most complex users by providing a gold standard experience and working with various internal teams to implement operational solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide a gold standard experience to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams.
- Foster long term user relationships and loyalty.
- Lead user meetings for integration and operational support.
- Create user-facing content and contribute to support design.
Who You Are
You have over 5 years of enterprise-level client-facing experience, a strong product sense, excellent communication skills, and technical proficiency with APIs, SQL, and troubleshooting. You are proactive and adept at managing relationships across various technical and business levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operational savvy and process improvement skills.
- Experience in project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, and ETL.
- Experience in the payments industry is a plus.
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid. Candidates can work either in an office or remotely (35+ miles from a Stripe office). Office-assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in their local office or with users.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $108,400 - $162,600, with additional benefits such as equity, bonus structures, 401(k), and health benefits. International candidates can discuss salary range during the interview process.
