About The Team
The Technical Account Manager Spanish Speaking at Stripe works cross-functionally to support the largest and most complex users. This role is focused on offering customized consultations, building trusted relationships, and helping businesses optimize technical operations and global growth.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
- Provide a Gold Standard Experience to key account stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations to implement consistent support solutions.
- Foster long-term user relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives on fraud, disputes, and global expansion.
- Lead user meetings both in person and via video chat.
- Create user-facing content for sustainable long term solutions.
Who You Are
You are an experienced professional with at least 5 years in enterprise level client-facing roles, fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable communicating technical concepts including API use and SQL queries. Your strong communication and troubleshooting skills enable you to engage in high-level business and technical discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operations mindset with process optimization experience.
- Experience in small to medium project management.
- Familiarity with Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, and ETL.
- Experience in the payments industry is a plus.
In-office Expectations
Stripe expects office-assigned employees to spend a significant portion of their time on site. Requirements vary by location—for example, Bucharest, Romania employees are expected to be in the office 80% of the time, while others have 50% in-office requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €56,000 - €84,000. Compensation may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Salary details may vary by location and will be discussed during the interview process.
