About The Team
As a Technical Account Manager at Stripe, you will work cross-functionally to support Stripe’s largest and most complex users. Your role involves building trusted relationships and offering customized, strategic consultations that help businesses deliver more customer value and optimize operations.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
- Provide a Gold Standard Experience to assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success teams to enhance support.
- Foster long-term relationships and drive product adoption.
- Lead integration meetings in person and via video.
- Create user-facing content and operational solutions.
Who You Are
You should have a minimum of 3 years enterprise-level client-facing experience, strong product sense, familiarity with APIs, SQL, technical troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities. A professional, confident, and collaborative personality is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operations savvy with process improvement experience
- Project management and organizational skills
- Experience with Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, or ETL
- Knowledge in the payments industry
In-Office Expectations
Office-assigned Stripes are expected to spend a percentage of time in the office depending on location, ranging from 50% to 100% attendance. Specific requirements will be discussed by the hiring manager.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is £65,600 - £98,400, with details of bonus structures, equity, and various benefits varying by location and discussed during the interview process.
