About The Team
The GTM Operations team drives productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. The team partners with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives through three pillars: Strategy and Planning, Sales Operations, and Analytics and Insights.
The Role
As the Strategy and Operations Business Partner Sales Development, you will serve as a trusted advisor to regional Sales Development leadership. You will drive data-driven decisions, analyze sales trends, optimize processes, and provide insights to enhance pipeline creation and team productivity. You will also lead strategic projects and enhance sales dashboards and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Advise regional Sales Development leadership on strategy and operations
- Support prep for MBRs, QBRs and strategic forums
- Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and optimize processes
- Generate analytical insights with dashboards and reports
- Drive forecasting, pipeline reviews, and detailed project plans
- Enhance annual planning, target management, and data audits
Who You Are
The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in sales operations or business analytics. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in CRM systems, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience in high-growth Internet or software companies is a plus.
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid; you can work from an office or remotely (if 35+ miles from a Stripe office). In-office employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time at the local office.
Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range is $140,700 - $211,100, with additional benefits including equity, bonuses, and comprehensive health plans.
