About The Team
The Marketing Strategy & Operations team drives organizational effectiveness and leads transformational programs for Marketing, Self-serve, Startup and Sales Development. The team works closely with the CMO, Marketing and Sales Development leadership in strategy definition, operational planning and execution of global programs.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Finance, GTM, Product and Operations on business reviews and planning.
- Leverage analytics to dive deep into conversion trends and growth opportunities.
- Independently lead strategic programs from framework development to execution.
- Summarize and communicate performance via reviews, newsletters and updates.
- Drive research and analysis to inform Stripe’s long-term strategy.
- Work directly with senior leaders to accelerate progress on scaling initiatives.
- Design and implement complex business and operational systems.
Who You Are
- 7+ years experience in consulting, strategy & operations or related fields.
- Proven ability to work in highly cross-functional, fast-paced settings.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for deep data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills across various teams and leadership levels.
- Ability to execute independently amidst ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments, finance, fintech or high-growth technology companies.
- Background working directly with C-level executives.
- Experience in navigating large data sets and utilizing SQL.
Work Arrangement & Benefits
This role is hybrid, available in-office or remote (35+ miles from a Stripe office). In-office employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time at their local office. Benefits include competitive base salary, equity, bonuses, 401(k), and comprehensive health benefits.
