About The Team

The Sales Strategy and Operations Team provides strategic oversight and smooth operational management for sales, pre-sales, and post-sales teams within Stripe’s Go-To-Market organization. The team focuses on operations analytics, insights, and strategic planning, partnering closely with both GTM and Product teams.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, Billing, you will build business foundations by automating dashboards and reports, designing scalable systems, and driving organizational efficiency. Key responsibilities include executing on the Rhythm of Business, analyzing pre-sales performance data, triaging data queries, and serving as a subject matter expert on Stripe GTM data, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage and prioritize system, process and data queries.
  • Assist with the Rhythm of Business process for regular business reviews.
  • Build reports and dashboards using SQL, Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce and more.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Design and operationalize process improvements and develop user documentation.

Who You Are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/business operations, data science, or related fields. You possess strong analytical skills, advanced SQL and Excel/Google Sheets modeling, and a clear communication style. Experience with Salesforce and a can-do, results-driven mindset are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of creative data visualization in Tableau.
  • Coding experience in Python, React Javascript, and Plotly.
  • Prior experience in the Payments or SaaS/technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Work Arrangement

This role is available both in-office and remotely, provided candidates are at least 35 miles from a Stripe office. Office-assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the local office.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range is $140,700 to $211,100 with additional potential for equity, bonuses, a 401(k) plan, and comprehensive medical benefits.
