About The Team

The Business Value Consulting & Pursuits team drives long term growth and value creation for Stripe’s most strategic users. They translate technical innovation into measurable business outcomes by crafting sophisticated, value-led proposals.

What You’ll Do as a Proposal Lead

In this role, you will support Request for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs) for our largest pursuits. You will craft complete and compelling narratives, ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals, and develop bid-winning strategies and scalable processes.

• Lead the end-to-end bid management process.
• Create persuasive bid content including executive summaries and value propositions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, legal, and technical experts.
• Manage RFP deadlines in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
• Monitor bid performance and refine proposal processes.

Who You Are

You bring over 10 years of experience in bid management, procurement, pricing strategy, or financial consulting and thrive in ambiguous, rapidly scaling environments. Strong communication, executive presence, and expertise in using bid management software are essential.

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years in bid/deal management or similar fields.
• Experience managing bids for large-scale projects.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Experience in Payments and/or SaaS industries.
• Proficiency with bid management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Payments domain.
• Experience with strategic pricing and proposal writing.
• BA/BSc degree and relevant certifications (PgMP or PMP).

Working Remotely at Stripe

This role is designed for remote work. Candidates should work from home with occasional office meetings. Stripe does not cover relocation costs.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range is $132,000 - $198,000. Benefits include equity, bonuses, 401(k), comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
