About The Team
The Product Operations team supports Stripe’s mission by enabling efficient, user-centered product development at scale. The team creates, manages, and improves central programs to optimize product development and delivery by driving critical, cross-functional initiatives. Key areas include defining launch processes and policy, planning and alignment across Product, Go-to-Market, and Systems/Operations teams, and aggregating user feedback.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
- Create systems to capture, prioritize and track user requirements.
- Design and run complex processes across Product and operational teams.
- Experiment with and implement improvements to operational models.
- Facilitate project/program retrospectives and implement necessary changes.
- Partner with teams to execute strategic initiatives and improve efficiency.
- Build and communicate relevant operational metrics to leadership.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in product management, business operations, management consulting, or a related area. Must be experienced in working cross-functionally with product and technical teams, proficient with Google Sheets and Slides, familiar with SQL and dashboards, and have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. A track record delivering complex initiatives in a dynamic environment is essential, and a hands-on mentality is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with payments, fintech, or high-growth technology companies is a plus.
Work Arrangement
This role offers a hybrid work model. Office-assigned employees must spend at least 50% of the time in their local office, while remote employees work from a location 35+ miles from a Stripe office.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary ranges from $140,700 to $211,100 and may include additional bonuses, equity, 401(k) plans, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
Additional Information
This role is available in-office and remote, based on location. Candidates not located in the US may receive location-specific salary details during the interview process.
