About The Role

The Product Marketing Manager TAM & Strategy will generate customer insights that inform product strategy and drive go-to-market efforts across Stripe's suite of products. This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships, and spans the entire product lifecycle from inception to commercialization and post-launch growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize data and user insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Manage complex projects and multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

Partner with product leaders, strategy and operations, go-to-market, and finance teams to understand product and GTM investment gaps. Develop strategies to unblock or accelerate go-to-market efforts by identifying pain points and proposing solutions with cross-functional teams.

Who You Are

You have a strong background in consulting, business operations, or equity research with a focus on payments/financial services. You are analytical, capable with market sizing and financial modeling, and proficient in using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau with large data sets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior executives are essential.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or equity research.
  • Experience in market sizing, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior product and sales leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Experience supporting Go-to-Market or Product Functions.

Work Arrangement

This role is hybrid. You can work in an office or remotely if located 35+ miles from a Stripe office. Office assigned individuals are expected to spend at least 50% of their time onsite.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range is $154,800 - $232,200, which may include equity, bonuses, 401(k), and comprehensive medical benefits. Salary specifics will be refined during the interview process based on experience and location.
