About The Team

The Bridge team is seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager. This role spans the entire product lifecycle, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and more. You will be embedded with the Bridge team in San Francisco while also collaborating with the Stripe product marketing team.

  • Craft compelling storytelling with deep empathy for users.
  • Leverage data and insights to guide market strategy.
  • Organize and manage complex, intertwined projects.
  • Translate fintech and crypto complexities for a broad audience.
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally to drive product growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate customer, competitive, and market insights to inform product strategy.
  • Develop messaging and positioning across user segments and use cases.
  • Drive marketing efforts for product releases and launches.
  • Create sales enablement assets and support cross-team connectivity.

Who You Are

  • Possess 5+ years experience in B2B product marketing, product management, or consulting.
  • Agile, action-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex topics.
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
  • A natural collaborator across all organizational levels.

Work Arrangement

This role is available in a hybrid model. Employees may work from the San Francisco office or remote (if living 35+ miles from an office). In-office employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time onsite for collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual US base salary range is $143,300 - $214,900, along with equity, bonus, 401(k), medical, dental, vision benefits, and wellness stipends. Applicants outside the US may discuss salary range during interviews.
