About The Team
The Risk UX team builds exceptional product experiences to help users understand, manage, and improve their risk standing on Stripe. The team crafts and scales risk journeys, from information collection for compliance to fraud prevention across millions of users.
What you’ll do
Responsibilities:
- Define strategy and roadmap for all post-onboarding risk experiences.
- Drive collaboration across Stripe and external partners for risk journeys.
- Act as the voice of the user in product and API designs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams for scalable onboarding.
Who you are
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years in Product Management with expertise in complex, technical products.
- Proven experience managing technical software products from inception to launch.
- Track record of leading ambitious 0-to-1 projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and clear communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Background in compliance and regulation in financial services.
- Experience on growth-oriented teams, particularly with experimentation.
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid. You can work from an office or remotely (35+ miles from a Stripe office). Office-assigned team members are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the office each month.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €105,600 - €158,400. Compensation may include equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends, with details discussed during the interview process.
