About The Team
You will join the ML Foundations and GenAI team to incubate new ML applications while enhancing ML capabilities across Stripe. The team is focused on unlocking novel ML and LLM techniques across Stripe’s product suite, and providing necessary infrastructure, tooling, and support for ML teams.
What you’ll do
As a senior product leader, you will lead a cross-functional team at Stripe to define, incubate, and scale new ML/AI applications and drive the ML/AI infrastructure strategy. Key responsibilities include collaborating with product leaders, executing strategic roadmaps, and launching innovative applications to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Stripe-wide strategy for ML/AI applications.
- Align investment areas and collaborate with multiple product leaders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to launch successful ML/AI applications.
- Communicate clearly with leadership and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Advance Stripe’s ML/AI infrastructure and tooling.
Who you are
You bring 7+ years of experience delivering innovative ML-powered software products. You have a solid technical understanding of ML and applied AI tech stacks, a track record of influencing company strategies, and a deep empathy for end-users. You excel in team leadership, data-driven decision making, and product quality execution.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role available to work in-office or remotely (35+ miles from a Stripe office). Office-assigned team members are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the local office.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $178,600 - $268,000, with additional benefits including equity, bonus potential, 401(k), medical and wellness benefits.
