About The Team
The Cards team manages the infrastructure, user features, and business operations of credit, debit, and pre-paid card payments, which are critical to internet commerce.
What you’ll do
As a Product Manager Card Costs and Settlement at Stripe, you will devise strategy, develop product requirements, and deliver high-impact initiatives. You will help customers understand and reduce payment costs while supporting Stripe's internal cost management. You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and go-to-market teams; use voice of the customer and data insights; and leverage ML/GenAI to guide product decisions that can impact millions of dollars in business.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development based on user and GTM insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and operations.
- Measure success using both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost management strategies with Finance and Accounting.
- Serve as the primary contact for card processing cost initiatives.
Who you are
You have at least 5 years of product management experience, strong user empathy, and a proven record of both incremental improvements and 0 to 1 launches. You excel at data-driven decision-making, cross-team collaboration, and clear communication. Experience in payments, ML, and operational management is highly valued.
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid. You can work in-office or remotely if located 35+ miles from a Stripe office. Office-assigned employees must spend at least 50% of their time in the office.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary ranges from $178,600 to $268,000, with additional benefits including equity, bonuses, 401(k), and healthcare. International applicants can request local salary details during the process.
