About The Team
The People Process Optimization (PPO) team scopes, develops, deploys, and maintains the processes that support critical People team capabilities. The team of strategy-driven individuals uses expert frameworks to create order in chaos.
What You’ll Do
As a People Process Optimization Specialist, you will apply innovative thinking and technical fluency to optimize processes that enhance the employee experience. Your work covers the full process lifecycle with a focus on AI and automation to simplify the user experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Process Optimization Excellence: Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other frameworks to manage the PPO Portfolio and drive improvement initiatives with ROI-driven analysis.
- Technical Enablement, AI, & Automation: Leverage AI and automation to translate complex business needs into simplified, automated process designs and lead user acceptance testing.
- Strategic Alignment & Data-Driven Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply robust data analysis and strategic planning in process improvement.
Who You Are
You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization or business process reengineering, deep expertise in DMAIC and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies, and strong technical fluency especially in AI and automation. Analytical prowess and a data-driven approach are essential.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in process optimization or reengineering
- Expertise in DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma
- Proven ROI analysis skills
- Strong technical fluency in AI and automation
- Excellent analytical skills with data grounding
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma professional certification
- Experience in Service Catalog design or holistic portfolio management
- Background in optimizing processes in high-growth tech environments
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid. It can be performed in-office or remotely (must be 35+ miles from a Stripe office). Candidates should be prepared for at least 50% in-office collaboration monthly.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary range is $122,100 - $183,100. Additional benefits include equity, bonus plans, a 401(k) plan, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with wellness stipends.
