What You’ll Do
The Partner Development Manager, Global Networks will lead one of Stripe's network partnerships in the US or Canada. This role involves managing key partner relationships, building internal strategies, negotiating deals, and coordinating projects with cross-functional teams including leadership, product, engineering, legal, finance, and risk.
- Manage AMER network partnership strategies and execution.
- Develop and report strategic plans and partnership health.
- Leverage industry data for thoughtful long-term strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive creative solutions to balance competing priorities.
Who You Are
You have 8+ years in partnerships, business development, or similar fields. You are skilled in negotiating significant commercial deals and comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders across various functions, including C-level executives. Experience in fintech, payments, card networks, or merchant acquiring is a plus.
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid. You can work in an office or remotely (at least 35+ miles from a Stripe office) while meeting in-person collaboration requirements at least 50% of the time each month.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary ranges from $148,600 to $222,800, with additional benefits such as equity, bonus potential, 401(k), and comprehensive medical plans.
