About The Team
The Marketing Services team consists of marketing execution experts and systems thinkers focused on efficiency. They work closely with Regional, Demand, Growth, Martech, and creative teams to deliver scalable, high-impact campaigns globally, with a focus on the Global Campaigns marketing team.
What you’ll do
- Own the process for campaign execution across channels like email, landing pages, and paid media.
- Scope campaign requirements, manage complexity, and lead capacity planning.
- Consult on best practices in Marketo and Braze, emphasizing automation and scalability.
- Design, execute, standardize, and scale complex nurture and trigger campaigns.
- Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize campaign delivery.
- Lead programs that address recurring execution challenges with defined objectives and metrics.
- Drive process innovations and operational efficiencies through automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design.
- Maintain scalable documentation and coordinate with offshore production teams.
Who you are
The ideal candidate is a skilled and results-driven professional with extensive experience in marketing automation and campaign management. You should possess deep expertise in email marketing platforms like Marketo and Braze, along with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. You need to be both independent and a collaborative team member with a proactive growth mindset.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or campaign management.
- 3+ years of expertise in Marketo and Braze.
- Proven project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology or financial services sectors.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels like paid media, SEO, and landing page optimization.
- Experience with offshore production teams and scalable operations.
Work Arrangement
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates may work in-office or remotely. Office-assigned employees are expected to be in their local office at least 50% of the time per month, while remote workers should reside at least 35 miles from a Stripe office.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary range is $138,500 - $207,800, with additional benefits such as equity, bonuses, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and wellness stipends. Applicants outside the US may inquire about local salary ranges.
