About The Team
The Risk Program Management Office operates at the intersection of Operations, Go To Market, and Risk Compliance. It focuses on ensuring user success in meeting compliance standards in a complex regulatory environment through cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
As a people manager, you will lead a team of high-performing program managers to drive complex global programs, manage prioritization, resource tradeoffs, and deliver significant improvements. You will partner with various teams such as Operations, Product, Engineering, and GTM.
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers.
- Drive prioritization and manage complex global programs.
- Create structured approaches to gather user insights.
- Launch projects to improve operational processes and business outcomes.
- Partner with GTM and Technical Account Management teams to support users.
Who You Are
You are an experienced people manager with strong strategic and operational skills, a proven storyteller, and someone who can inspire teams through clear feedback and mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in program management, strategy & operations or GTM.
- 2+ years of people management experience or proven leadership capability.
- Experience building from 0 to 1.
- Strong strategic planning and communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and influencing without authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years in GTM, Customer Success, or related fields.
- Experience leading customer conversations.
Work Arrangement
This role is available in a hybrid format. Office-assigned employees spend at least 50% of their time at the office while remote work is possible if located 35+ miles from a Stripe office.
Pay and Benefits
The US annual base salary range for this role is $157,800 - $236,800. Additional benefits include equity, bonuses, 401(k), health benefits, and wellness stipends.
