About The Team
The GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst will have an outsized impact supporting Stripe's rapidly scaling sales organization. The Global Sales Strategy and Operations team partners with senior sales leadership to ensure overall productivity and effectiveness, providing insights and analysis on core business performance metrics and driving key strategic sales initiatives.
What you’ll do
As a GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will:
- Partner closely with the GTM leadership team and regional sales leaders to support sales teams, owning the in-depth monitoring and tracking of business metrics.
- Create key intelligence and insights to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Seller Systems, and Strategic Operations to streamline internal processes and optimize deliverables for Stripe's Rhythm of Business (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews).
- Shape go-to-market support models and make a tangible impact on sales and operations.
Responsibilities
- Support Regional sales leaders with intelligence and insights to accelerate growth.
- Assist Sales Strategy and Operations colleagues by standardizing global and regional common processes.
- Deep dive into key performance metrics and drive a deep understanding of business performance.
- Problem-solve complex sales operations challenges through data, analytics, and insights.
- Identify new opportunities and areas for productivity efficiency gains for Regional sales leadership.
- Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches and in regular business and resource planning.
- Run analysis on key performance metrics, providing relevant insights for managing the business.
- Oversee the implementation of enabling systems and tools, collaborating with internal systems teams.
- Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and provide ongoing updates on key business growth/metrics.
- Manage bespoke projects and effectively manage stakeholders.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Preferred qualifications are a bonus.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools.
- Proficiency in BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems.
- Experience working with data and large data sets to identify trends, create insights, and make recommendations to senior leaders.
- Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
- High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company.
- Prior experience in the payments industry.
Hybrid work at Stripe
This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).
In-office expectations
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This balances in-person collaboration and learning with individual flexibility.
Working remotely at Stripe
A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While office visits for meetings or events are welcome, the expectation is regular work from home. Stripe does not cover relocation costs to a remote location. Apply for roles matching your current or planned living location.
Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $126,600 - $190,000. This range may include several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process. Additional benefits may include: equity, company bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
