About The Team
The GTM Planning & Central Operations team partners with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product, Local Sales Strategy and Operations, and Data Engineering. The team builds operational processes, tools, policies, and data required to bring the GTM strategy to life.
What You’ll Do
As a GTM Data Operations Lead at Stripe, you will partner with GTM leadership & operations to build and manage the process for account list creation requests. This includes:
- Creating a scalable process for intaking and building account lists to support targeted sales efforts.
- Program managing the account list creation process.
- Leading initiatives to create new data signals or intelligence alongside Data Engineering and GTM teams.
- Acting as an account data expert to guide on data attributes for list building.
- Collaborating with the SaaS Platform team to continuously feed the sales funnel with new lists.
Who You Are
Minimum requirements include 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Ops, Strategy Ops, Business Ops, Marketing Ops or Business Analytics. You are expected to own problems, investigate root causes, and execute solutions. Adaptability, analytical prowess, and proficiency in SQL and advanced analytics tools are required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a growth stage Internet/software company, familiarity with SaaS and/or payments, and experience leveraging AI for process improvement are advantageous.
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid, available in an office or remote location (minimum 35 miles from a Stripe office). Office-assigned team members are expected to spend at least 50% of the month in the local office.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual US base salary range is $115,100 - $172,700. Benefits include equity, bonuses, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends.
