What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle

As a Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle, you will be a key driver of global marketing efforts, focused on demand and revenue growth. Your role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing scaled lifecycle campaigns across various user segments and life stages. You will be instrumental in creating exceptional user journeys through email, dashboard surfaces, and content, with a strong emphasis on user experience and channel optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications to achieve core business outcomes (e.g., product activation, revenue, cross-sell, retention).
  • Identify customer needs, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scale.
  • Analyze trends, develop actionable insights to optimize against targets, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing.

Who you are

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following minimum requirements. Preferred qualifications are a bonus.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role designing and launching campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and taking action on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • 3+ years of experience writing marketing briefs.
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging data and ML-driven techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience.
  • 3+ years of email marketing/CRM experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Salesloft.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams.

Working Remotely at Stripe

This is a remote position for candidates located 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from a Stripe office. While office visits for meetings and events are welcome, the expectation is regular work from home. Stripe does not cover relocation costs, so applicants should apply for roles matching their current or planned living location.
