What You’ll Do

As a Go-To-Market Recruiter Fixed Term Contract at Stripe, you will work on building and scaling the GTM team—which includes Sales, Marketing and Sales Development, GTM and Product Operations, and Professional Services. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while adapting and iterating on recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for top talent.
  • Conduct market research and analyze talent trends.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics and progress.
  • Implement creative changes to enhance recruiting efficacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Who You Are

You should have 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments, excellent communication skills, strong relationship building with senior leaders, data insight utilization capabilities, and adaptability under changing conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse or Lever.
  • Expertise with sourcing and CRM tools such as Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools including GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite.
  • Ability to quickly adopt new recruiting technologies.

Work Arrangement

This role offers a hybrid work environment. Office-assigned employees are required to spend at least 50% of their time in the local office, while remote employees work from home regularly, provided they are 35+ miles from a Stripe office.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range is $104,000 - $156,000, which may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits include equity, bonuses, a 401(k) plan, medical/dental/vision coverage, and wellness stipends.
