The team is small, nimble, and engages in diverse discussions about user interface design, data models, API design, infrastructure maintenance, and search relevance.
What You’ll Do
As a member of Stripe’s Collaboration team, the Frontend Engineer will build innovative GenAI-powered experiences that enhance productivity and internal communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, experiment with new ideas and technologies, and own solutions from end to end.
Responsibilities
- Work with technically sophisticated engineers with a user-first mindset.
- Own end-to-end solutions and manage complexity.
- Engage with stakeholders on success metrics and API ergonomics.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative metrics for prioritization.
- Uphold high standards for engineering and product quality; mentor team members.
Who You Are
You have a strong background with a minimum of 7+ years in the industry.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience.
- 2+ years building rich web experiences using modern frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
- Proven experience across full stack – from user experience to API design and reliability.
