What you’ll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive covering new business opportunities, you will identify and expand Stripe’s footprint through long-term sales strategies. You will engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally, align on technical and business requirements with product teams, and lead commercial negotiations to close large, complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Expand business with high growth technology companies
  • Develop outbound strategies to nurture opportunities
  • Drive deal strategy and lead complex negotiations
  • Build strong executive relationships and map accounts
  • Contribute to refining the sales process and culture

Who you are

You bring 10+ years of sales experience selling technical products to enterprise customers. You have a proven track record in negotiation, account planning, and stakeholder engagement, with strong presentation skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Work Arrangement

This role can be performed in-office or remotely. Remote work requires being 35+ miles from a Stripe office, and in-office team members are expected to spend at least 50% of their time onsite.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual US base salary range is $283,600 - $512,400, inclusive of sales commissions and bonuses. Additional benefits include equity, 401(k), medical benefits, and wellness stipends.
