What You’ll Do
The Business Systems Analyst - Legal Domain acts as a system administrator for Stripe’s legal systems, bridging the gap between Stripe Legal and IT/Engineering teams. You will analyze, configure, implement, and support critical legal technologies such as eDiscovery, Entities Management, eBilling, and CLM to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Requirements & Analysis: Collaborate with legal SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors to gather and document business needs.
- System Implementation & Configuration: Administer and configure specialized legal technology applications and manage enterprise Legal SaaS platforms.
- Data, Reporting, & Integrations: Develop custom reports and dashboards, manage system data, and define integration requirements with other enterprise platforms.
- Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and create comprehensive documentation and training materials.
Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. You have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of legal processes, and hands-on experience with legal technologies such as Exterro, Diligent Entities, CounselLink, Kodex, Ironclad, and DocuSign CLM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis
- Understanding of system integration methodologies and APIs
- Experience with low-code/no-code tools for workflow building
- Familiarity with additional legal applications (iManage, LexisNexis, Authentic8, etc.)
In-office Expectations
While Stripe expects office presence ranging from 50% to 100% depending on location, this role may require hybrid attendance to support collaboration and workflow efficiency.
