What you’ll do

As a Business Recruiter, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting for Stripe's Core functions across AMER. You will drive hiring strategies, generate quality candidate pipelines, and partner with various departments to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience over an 11 month fixed-term contract.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape hiring objectives.
  • Leverage recruiting analytics for accurate progress reporting.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with HR, finance, and more.
  • Drive initiatives in candidate sourcing, branding, and referrals.
  • Provide timely key metrics and insights for process improvements.

Who you are

You possess 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience with strong stakeholder management. You have high agency, an aptitude for data-driven problem solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to attract diverse, passive candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ATS systems such as Greenhouse or Lever and leveraging sourcing and CRM tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter. Proficiency with recruiting analytics, scheduling, and collaboration tools (GoodTime, Slack, G Suite) is advantageous.

Work Arrangement

This role offers a hybrid work option. In-office candidates spend at least 50% time at a local office while remote work is viable if residing 35+ miles from a Stripe office.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary ranges from $104,000 to $156,000 plus additional benefits such as equity, bonuses, 401(k), and medical, dental, and vision care.
