What you’ll do as a Business Recruiter

You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience for corporate functions in the AMER region. Your responsibilities include partnering with various stakeholders, closely working with recruiting analytics, building cross-functional partnerships, and generating a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through events, branding, and referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
  • Collaborate with recruiting analytics for accurate progress reporting.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with HR, finance, and compensation teams.
  • Drive initiatives for candidate pipeline development through branding and events.
  • Provide timely metric reporting to improve recruiting processes.

Who you are

You are a consultative, creative, and data-driven recruiter with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. You excel in building diverse candidate pipelines, handling ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders using strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Tools

  • Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.
  • Skilled in sourcing tools such as Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proficiency in recruiting analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like GoodTime, Slack, and G Suite.

Work Location and Terms

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract with a remote work expectation. While occasional office meetings are possible, the role is primarily remote for candidates based 35+ miles away from an office.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary ranges between $104,600 and $156,800. Additional benefits include equity, bonuses, a 401(k) plan, comprehensive medical benefits, and wellness stipends.
