The Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy provides operational leverage and expands Stripe’s portfolio of capabilities to support scaled needs for both external users and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
As a Bridge Operations Manager at Stripe, you will recruit, manage, coach, and develop a new team of Operations Associates focused on user support. You will build operations, drive process improvements, and play a front-line role in building a new operational capability that accelerates Stripe’s growth.
- Recruit and develop in-office Operations Associates.
- Drive operational delivery and process improvements.
- Identify and remediate gaps in systems, policies, and strategies.
- Set team goals, measure performance using metrics, and guide decision-making.
- Foster a culture of transparency, empathy, inclusion, and empowerment.
Who You Are
You have at least 8 years experience leading operations support teams and a solid background in financial industry operations. You possess excellent communication skills, can work cross-functionally, and are passionate about process improvement and innovation. Preferred qualifications include experience in building teams from scratch and scaling new operational processes in high growth technology companies.
