About the Strategic Accounts Team
The Strategic Accounts team helps Stripe’s most critical customers grow their business using modern infrastructure to power inventive business models, lower costs, and enable superior experiences.
What You’ll Do as an Account Executive, Platforms - Strategics
You will work with Stripe's largest and most critical customers to help grow their business.
- Own revenue growth for 1-2 strategic customers
- Develop long-term vision and day-to-day account strategy
- Strengthen relationships internally and externally
- Increase revenue and customer retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe solutions
Who You Are
A highly experienced sales executive with 10+ years in technology sales, including 3+ years managing strategic/global accounts. You excel in navigating complex strategic sales, engaging with CxO level decision makers, and translating technical concepts clearly to technical customers. Experience in a high-growth environment, along with payments or payments-adjacent experience, is preferred.
Hybrid Work Environment
This role is available both in-office and remotely (for candidates living 35+ miles from a Stripe office). Office-assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in their local office, while remote employees work primarily from home with occasional office visits.
Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary range is $312,000 - $468,000, which includes both base salary and on-target earnings. Additional benefits include equity, bonuses/commissions, 401(k) plan, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
