What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive Enterprise New Business at Stripe, you will identify new opportunities to expand Stripe’s footprint. The role involves executing long-term sales strategies, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, aligning technical and business requirements with product teams, building value in competitive situations, leading commercial negotiations, and closing deals.

Who You Are

You have 10+ years of sales experience selling technical products to enterprise customers, with a strong record of performance. You can understand technical requirements, craft tailored solutions, execute account plans, and lead complex negotiations. Strong presentation skills and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments are key.

Work Arrangement

This position is hybrid, allowing work either from Stripe offices or remotely (if located 35+ miles from a Stripe office). Office-assigned employees are expected to spend at least 50% of the month in the local office.

Pay and Benefits

The US base salary range is $281,900 - $509,800, which includes base salary plus commissions/bonuses. Additional benefits include equity, bonus plans, 401(k), and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
