What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive Enterprise Existing Business, you will manage and grow existing relationships at Stripe. You will drive long-term sales strategies, engage with multiple stakeholders, align technical and business requirements, build value in competitive scenarios, lead commercial negotiations, and secure deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies with existing Stripe customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from business case development to closing deals.
  • Create account plans and cross-sell into strategic customer accounts.
  • Drive deal strategy and lead complex commercial negotiations.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders and map account growth.
  • Contribute to team projects to refine the sales process and culture.

Who You Are

You bring 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in technical products with enterprise clients. You excel in managing complex sales cycles, understand technical requirements, and have superior negotiation and communication skills. A strong interest in technology and dynamic work environments is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a growth stage Internet/Software company.
  • Background in fintech/payments is a plus.

Work Arrangement

This role is available in a hybrid format. Office-assigned team members are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in their local office, while remote workers must reside at least 35 miles from a Stripe office.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range is $250,300 - $375,500, reflecting on target earnings (OTE) that include both base salary and sales commissions/bonuses. Additional benefits may include equity, bonuses, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends.
