The Product Sales team, including the Revenue and Finance Automation (RFA) group, focuses on a $100B market opportunity for back office finance automation across billing, tax, revenue reporting, and data.
What you’ll do
As the Account Executive Enterprise Billing - Existing Business at Stripe, you will use your sales and product expertise to drive growth among existing customers. Collaborate with various teams to develop deep product knowledge, lead product discussions, and execute the go-to-market strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Building multi-threaded relationships across client organizations.
- Developing and executing Strategic Account Plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively communicating and managing expectations with clients.
- Driving revenue and upsell conversations for Stripe products.
- Relaying customer feedback to inform Stripe’s product roadmap.
Who you are
You are an adept salesperson comfortable with technical and business-level conversations including with C-level executives. You are organized, analytical, and a self-starter, capable of handling competitive environments and complex negotiations.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of sales or prospecting experience in technology.
- Direct sales quota ownership with proven success.
- Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships.
- Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience in leading complex negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling billing solutions and financial services software.
- Proven track record in fast paced sales environments.
In-office Expectations
Stripe expects office-assigned employees to spend a minimum portion of their month in the local office. Requirements vary by location and role, with some locations having higher in-office expectations.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €148,000 - €222,000. Compensation includes base salary plus sales commissions/bonuses, along with potential equity, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends. Salary specifics may vary by location and candidate experience.
