Role Overview
Are you enthusiastic about influencer advertising and ready to dive into the industry? Stride Social is seeking motivated individuals to join our Talent Management team. As a Talent Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, directly managing relationships with influencers, negotiating deals, and overseeing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in influencer marketing, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our Bali office. It's ideal for anyone just starting their career, as no prior experience is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovering New Talent: Identify up-and-coming influencers in the UK and US to sign with Stride Social.
- Sales and Recruitment: Conduct sales calls to onboard potential talent to Stride Social and expand our influencer network.
- Talent Onboarding: Guide new influencers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our roster.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and manage campaigns, coordinating between influencers and brands to deliver successful outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and collaborate with the team, contributing to the success of ongoing projects.
- Meetings: Participate in two team meetings per week (Monday & Friday) to align on goals and strategies.
- Brand Outreach: Directly get in touch with Brands you believe would be a good fit for your Talent and setting up campaigns on their behalf.
