Influencer Talent Manager at Stride Social

Role Overview
As an Influencer Talent Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, directly managing relationships with influencers, negotiating deals, and overseeing campaigns. This position is perfect for someone eager to build a career in influencer marketing, even if you're just starting out as no experience is needed. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely or from our Bali office.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovering New Talent: Identify up-and-coming influencers in the UK and US to sign with Stride Social.
- Sales and Recruitment: Conduct sales calls to onboard potential talent and expand our influencer network.
- Talent Onboarding: Guide new influencers through the onboarding process for a seamless transition.
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns, coordinating between influencers and brands for successful outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and collaborate with the team on ongoing projects.
- Meetings: Participate in two team meetings per week (Monday & Friday) to align on goals and strategies.
- Brand Outreach: Proactively contact brands suitable for your talent, setting up campaigns on their behalf.
