Overview

Tallo is seeking an SEO Technical Automation Marketer to drive marketing strategy from concept to execution. In this role you will oversee SEO efforts, automation systems, paid campaigns, data analysis, and growth channel optimization in a startup environment. You will help shape our brand voice, engage a diverse user community, and directly impact user acquisition and retention.

Essential Functions

Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, conduct market research, set KPIs, and plan actionable initiatives.

Technical SEO & Content Creation: Oversee multi-channel content including blogs, guides, and social posts; ensure all content is optimized for SEO; collaborate with design teams.

MarTech & Agentic Automation: Build and manage automation systems powering SEO, email, CRM, and growth funnels utilizing tools like n8n.io and Segment.

Paid Digital Marketing: Manage digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn, optimizing ad spend and keywords.

Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, generate reports, perform A/B testing, and iterate using data-driven insights.

Brand Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain brand voice and visual identity, coordinate with product, partnerships, and leadership to align marketing efforts.

Leadership & Mentoring: Lead marketing projects end-to-end and mentor junior team members, representing marketing in cross-department initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is estimated between $57,520 and $120,000 with eligibility for a bonus. Benefits include health, retirement, and paid time off. Compensation is influenced by experience, skills, and market conditions.

Work Environment
