Job Description
CRE Intern
The Career and College Prep team at Stride, Inc. is dedicated to supporting over 50 schools in delivering high-quality curriculum and programming. As a CRE Intern, you will assist with various projects within the department, contributing to both administrative and hands-on tactical work based on business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Supporting projects within Career Learning, including defining and refining project plans, specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
- Developing and maintaining executive on-demand reports for all key projects.
- Establishing and improving operational systems, processes, and best practices to ensure efficient team operations and product growth.
- Conducting regular research to aid in project concept development, completion, and optimization.
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining a database of research findings and key information for team use.
- Publishing weekly project updates across the team.
- Ideating, developing, and scaling automated workflows.
- Preparing presentations and dashboards by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data, and making recommendations aligned with strategy.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma AND Currently pursuing a degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's) OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high visibility and deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter with a strong team and client success orientation.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Independent problem solver.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and web application skills.
- Outstanding time management and organization skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Smartsheet's dashboards, workflows, and reports is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Stride, Inc. determines salary based on education, experience, qualifications, work location, expected work quality and quantity, required travel, and market conditions. Offers are typically in the bottom half of the range.
- Expected pay range: $14.42 to $21.64 per hour. The upper end is unlikely due to various factors including location, experience, training, education, and market conditions.
- Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
- Robust benefits package including health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
