As an Associate Education Consultant with MedCerts, your primary responsibility is to recruit prospective students, guiding them to enroll in the most suitable MedCerts program. Maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout the entire recruitment process is paramount and will be regularly monitored by leadership.

We are seeking a motivated individual eager to collaborate with a dedicated team to create impactful products and experiences that transform the lives of thousands of adult learners annually. Essential Functions

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential students.
  • Obtain expert product knowledge in all MedCerts educational courses and programs.
  • Responsible for three or more hours of student talk time per day.
  • When daily talk time is not met, Educational Consultants must make 75+ outbound calls per day.

General Duties And Responsibilities

  • Continually prospect new students utilizing MedCerts’ ISDC dialing system, text messaging, and email.
  • Follow up with prospective students regarding training application and approval forms.
  • Develop and maintain referral partnerships with current and former students, aiming for one enrollment per month from a referral source.
  • Provide prompt follow-up on all incoming leads, with an expectation of within 5 minutes during business hours.
  • Responsible for understanding and discussing student payment options, such as MyCAA, WIOA, and Self-Pay.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage a successful pipeline of prospective students.
  • Maintain complete Salesforce records, adding notes for every student interaction and properly updating student statuses within the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or admissions.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume inside phone sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM software required (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficient in technology applications used within the organization, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Google Suite, Internet & Search.

Work Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable Coverage Window)

This role requires consistent coverage during the following hours:

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)

Applicants are welcome from any U.S. time zone. For reference, this coverage window equates to:

  • 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
  • 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Central Time (CT)
  • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)

Employees must be able to work the full coverage window listed above in their respective time zone.

Compensation & Benefits

Stride, Inc. determines salary levels based on various factors including education, experience, qualifications, work location, expected performance, travel requirements, market conditions, and internal value. Compensation offers will typically fall within the lower half of the stated range.

The anticipated average salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000, which includes an hourly rate plus commission. This salary is not guaranteed and can vary based on geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.

Earning Growth & Career Progression

Top performers commonly achieve second-year on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $85,000–$100,000 and third-year OTE of $95,000–$116,000, with top team members potentially earning $130,000–$140,000+. Advancement opportunities are based on demonstrated skill and performance, with milestone promotion windows typically at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years.
