Streetlight Digital is seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating the achievements of fundraising initiatives for some of the most well-known nonprofit organizations across the country. As a key member of our growing Digital Advertising team, you will work closely with clients to turn performance data into clear insights, shape compelling narratives, and develop strategies that drive meaningful results. We’re seeking someone who brings both strategic vision and technical expertise—someone who understands digital advertising platforms, attribution models, and how to build cohesive, cross-channel campaigns. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, confidently present findings, and identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive positive results. This role is ideal for a seasoned strategist who can lead large-scale campaigns and guide clients through complex digital ecosystems. The responsibilities of this position will directly influence and contribute to the advancement of causes supporting various communities, including but not limited to children battling cancer, veterans, and individuals facing life-threatening and life-altering diseases. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel advertising strategies with full ownership of media planning across channels, including strategic budget allocation recommendations for enterprise client media spends ranging from $500K to $5M+ annually
  • Lead agency-client relationships as the primary point of contact for advertising strategy, provide consultative guidance to stakeholders, and drive strategic decision-making to exceed campaign and program-specific KPIs
  • Spearhead client communications and presentations to key client stakeholders, translating complex performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for future campaign optimization
  • Lead, manage, and mentor direct report(s) by providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills in digital advertising strategies, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • Oversee the strategic direction and performance of advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms with a focus on cross-channel integration, attribution modeling, and ROAS maximization
  • Drive innovation by designing and implementing test-and-learn frameworks for emerging platforms and ad formats, establishing measurement protocols, and leading pilot programs that can be scaled across the client portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Creative, Data Analytics, and Technology, to develop integrated campaign approaches that align with broader marketing objectives and business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital advertising strategy and execution, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends and advertising platforms Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads manager campaign management and running conversion/lead generation ads: set up, activation, optimization, and reporting
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and familiarity with principles of statistical analysis to create and analyze campaign performance reports for ongoing campaign optimization
  • Skilled in developing strategic testing frameworks and implementing experiments to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to influence senior client decision-makers and build trusted advisor relationships
  • Commitment to work collaboratively and respectfully toward resolving obstacles and/or conflicts
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Nonprofit and/or nonprofit agency experience preferred
  • Certifications for major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic DSPs, are preferred
  • CTV knowledge and experience a plus
  • Experience with Google Ad Grants a plus
  • Familiarity with nonprofit tech platforms (TeamRaiser, Classy, FundraiseUp, Salesforce and/or DonorDrive) a plus
