About StreamTV

Duties
As a Senior Product & Growth Analyst at StreamTV, you will:
- Build modern financial controlling, reporting, and forecasting setups for projects across companies in Austria and Germany.
- Continuously improve budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze actuals vs. budgets to spot trends and flag risks early.
- Define and track KPIs that support business growth.
- Prepare clear, decision-ready management reports.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
- Improve and automate controlling tools and processes.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Ensure financial numbers are clean, reliable, and transparent.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Business, Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
- 5+ years of controlling or finance experience in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong hands-on skills in budgeting, forecasting and KPI-driven steering.
- Excellent Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- An ownership mindset, autonomy, and a results-driven approach.
- A sharp analytical mind and strong business instinct.
Great to Have
- Fluency in German and English.
- Experience working in a creative environment.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products.
- Familiarity with BI tools and data analytics.
- Basic SQL or database knowledge.
- Interest in gaming, streaming or the creator economy.
- Startup or scale-up experience.

Compensation
The annual gross salary ranges from €65,000 to €85,000 (full-time) with potential for market-aligned overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
